The Process
Here's How Our
Sessions Roll Out
Step 1: Employee Well being
You share a headcount of your employees, along with details of shift patterns, and most importantly, your goals on employee financial wellbeing.
Step 2: Employee Survey
We run a short, anonymous employee financial wellness survey, or a quick pulse, or both.
Step 3: Workshops
We run the workshops either on-site in your Edmonton workspaces or through interactive, live, online sessions. For further employee satisfaction, we offer private follow-up options, as per your availability.
Step 4: Improvements
We track attendance and feedback. For improved results, we may also run a short pre- and post-score of CFPB financial wellbeing scale and adjust topics and timing of the sessions as per the results.
Confidential and Independent Delivery
Privacy and Confidentiality
This work usually comes down to a few Edmonton-real decisions
- We keep the program confidential.
- We keep surveys anonymous.
- We do not ask employees to share personal information in group sessions.
- We do not mix HR performance with participation.
- We set a clear boundary between financial education and personal financial advice.
