  • Review all account statements, confirmations, and disclosure documents provided to you and notify us of any errors or discrepancies within 30 days of receipt
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or the financing of illegal activities
  • Keep your account login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to:

  • The MFDA Investor Protection Corporation (IPC) for coverage of client assets
  • The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) for unresolved disputes

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship by providing written notice.

Upon termination, we will take reasonable steps to transfer your accounts and records in an orderly manner.

Any fees or commissions accrued prior to termination remain payable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, without prejudice to any right to escalate regulatory matters to CIRO or other applicable regulatory bodies.
